MEET Grace
Pilates Instructor

Grace is a seasoned Pilates instructor offering private sessions to clients ranging from beginner to advanced levels. With a focus on dynamic alignment and core strength, Grace provides an encouraging and positive atmosphere to master the Pilates' principles: Breathing, Coordination, Control, Precision, Concentration, Flow. These principles result in healthy, functional movement in everything from athletic endeavors to everyday activities.
An Atlanta, GA native, Grace grew up dancing at Atlanta Ballet. There, she found a passion for dance that led her to training all over the US. Grace was exposed to Pilates as a B.F.A degree requirement at Texas Christian University, where she quickly fell in love with the knowledge and control of her body offered by a Pilates practice. This led her to move forward with the TCU Pilates Teacher Training Certificate Program. Through the comprehensive program, Grace completed 700 hours of training in history, philosophy, ethics, functional anatomy, and physical practice under Susan Douglas Roberts, Sarah Newton, and Laura West Strawser. Having graduated with her B.F.A. in Ballet, B.A. in Political Science, and Pilates Teaching Certificate, Grace is excited to be back in Atlanta.
Since beginning teaching full time, Grace has worked with private clients ranging from ages 16 to 85. She has experience navigating low back pain/disc problems, scoliosis, hip/knee replacements, and Achilles tendonitis, among other injuries. She has worked with current and former professional dancers, tennis players, golfers, cyclists, and runners.
