Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel up to 24 hours before an appointment. Canceling within the 24 hour window will incur the full charge for the session, or a lost session credit.

No-showing for a private or semi private session will incur the full charge for the session, or a lost session credit, and a $10 fee.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be given unless extraordinary circumstances occur. Any full or partial refund of a session will be at the discretion of Pilates with Grace after taking all context into account and providing a fair assessment.
